These 1:1 Personal Training Sessions are designed specifically for busy women who struggle to find time to exercise.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, strengthen your core muscles, increase your cardiovascular endurance or improve your posture and balance, I will work with you to build you a customised, fully flexible and progressive workout programme suited to your body and your individual fitness goals.

I take into account your current lifestyle, ability, your goals and available workout equipment. The workouts are designed to fit into your busy schedule so you’re more likely to stick to the training and will feel the results.

Mums & Bubs Pilates at the Mosman Rowers

Join a lovely group of Mums & cute bubs every Wednesday 10.30am and Friday 10am at the Mosman Rowers.

45 minute full-body Pilates workout using various props to strengthen deep core and pelvic floor muscles. Perfect way to gently get you back into exercise. Helps to improve core strength, posture, balance, relieves aches and pains and most importantly gets you out of the house!

Modifications available so suitable for everyone. BYO mat and playmat. Enjoy a coffee at Archie Bear afterwards.
