I offer 1:1 personalised Pilates and Strength training sessions for women over 40 that know they need to exercise and would like to but simply can’t find the time to squeeze it all in.

I travel to you, or train you in a studio setting and use an efficient method of teaching by fusing strength and conditioning training with Pilates exercises to create stronger core muscles so you feel fitter, stronger and have more energy!

I will build you a customised, fully flexible workout programme suited to your body and your individual fitness goals. This will take into account your current lifestyle, ability, your goals, exercise preference and available workout equipment. The workout is designed to fit into your day and suit your needs so there will always be workout for whatever kind of day or week you’re having.

Progress Tracking

I will be tracking your progress in our sessions and via our community based WhatsApp and Facebook groups to ensure you are heading towards your fitness goals and you’re feeling stronger. Each week you will be submitting your relevant results for review and we will make a plan for the week ahead and adjust the workout plan accordingly to ensure we’re on track to hit our goals.

Simple Nutrition Advice

It’s all about simple, quick and easy, nutritious meal plans, no fad diets, that will give you the energy you need to complete the workout and to be ready for whatever life throws at you. It’s all about getting the balance right so you’ll still be able to enjoy your glass of wine, chocolate and dinner at your fave restaurant. You’ll have access to easy-to-follow, satisfying and healthy recipes to try.
