Mums & Bubs Pilates

Join a lovely group of Mums at the Mosman Rowers every Wednesday 10.30am and Friday 10am. Strengthen your core, work up a sweat, connect with new friends and have a coffee afterwards.

Full-body workout using props to rebuild and strengthen deep core and pelvic floor muscles. Perfect way to gently get you back into exercise. Helps to improve core strength, posture, relieves any aches & pains and most importantly gets you out of the house and do something for you. BYO mat.

Iā€™m offering you a completely personalised and highly effective exercise programme that we can do together wherever you are to give you total peace of mind and much-needed daily motivation. 

The 1:1 personal training includes tailored programmes (Pilates, Strength Training, Cardio) nutritional advice, progress tracking and emotional support. I know that getting the right advice is vital which is why I not only use my own knowledge and expertise but also work closely with industry leaders so I can be there for you every step of your journey.

Join me for this 45 minute flow-style Pilates mat class at the Mosman Rowers suitable for all levels (no experience needed) to challenge and strengthen every single muscle in your body.

Using a variety of props (incl. hand weights, bands and ball) and low-impact, challenging exercises to help strengthen core muscles whilst improving postural alignment, spinal mobility and flexibility. BYO mat.
